E-commerce compliance calendar for France, 2026-2027

The deadlines that change what an online shop must display or do, from the product page to the terms of sale. This calendar covers the rules for selling to consumers in France. Each line gives the legal text, who is concerned and whether the obligation is already in force. In the references, “C. conso” is the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and “C. env.” the French Environmental Code (Code de l'environnement).
