The application does not store your IP address itself. The server only logs failed requests, with the IP address, and deletes these logs after 8 days at most.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies for its visitors and loads no third-party scripts. Only the administration area, reserved for the publisher, and the subscribers' customer area use a strictly necessary session cookie after login. For link-based login, the customer area also stores a fingerprint of the link sent and its expiry time (30 minutes). Fonts are served from our own servers.
To count visits, your browser reports each page view to our own server. The server then sends two analytics tools, Matomo (installed on our servers) and Google Analytics, the page viewed, the referring page, the language and the device type. The IP address is truncated before anything is sent (the last two numbers are erased) and the visit identifier changes every day: it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next or across other sites.
These statistics are used only to improve the service (legitimate interest). Matomo deletes them after 25 months at most, Google Analytics after 14 months. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Where the data is
On a server located in the European Union, rented from Contabo GmbH (Germany). No data is sold. Apart from the analytics described above, no data is passed on to third parties.
Checked websites
The robot reads public pages only. A report may quote short excerpts from those pages, for example a registration number published in a legal notice. To have a report about your site removed, write to us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@conformradar.com. Every alert e-mail will include an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
