“Manufacturer and safety” block generator for your product pages
Since 13/12/2024, every online offer of a non-food product must state the manufacturer, the responsible person in the Union if the manufacturer is established outside the Union, the product identification and the safety warnings. What the Regulation requires
- The manufacturer: name, company name or registered trade mark, postal address and e-mail address.
- The responsible person in the Union, if the manufacturer is not established there: name, postal and e-mail address.
- Product identification: an image, the type and any other identifier.
- Safety warnings and information that appear on the product or come with it, in a language easily understood by the consumer.
